A vacancy has arisen in our Central Administration Team, which supports the work of both Service Delivery and Service Development. This post has a wide range of responsibilities including:-[[br]]

[[li]]Providing admin assistance to Station, Group and Area Managers[[/li]]
[[li]]Providing admin support to the work of the protection department[[/li]]
[[li]]Providing admin support to the Resource Management team[[/li]]
[[li]]To upload to, and report from, various in-house systems[[/li]]
[[li]]To receive and distribute all incoming post and email[[/li]]
[[li]]To organise outgoing post[[/li]]
[[li]]To undertake photocopying and filing[[/li]]
[[li]]To order consumables and stationery on behalf of stations and departments[[/li]]
[[li]]To handle telephone and general enquiries received by the central admin team - this will include greeting and looking after visitors, transferring of callers and taking messages where necessary[[/li]]
[[li]]To take telephone requests/email requests for Home Fire Risk Checks/Safe & Well Visits from members of the public and action these requests on the appropriate database/system.[[/li]]
[[li]]To take minutes at internal and external meetings, circulate minutes, maintain action logs and send reminders when appropriate.[[/li]]
[[li]]To assist with covering administrators in the regional admin teams North and South of the county either remotely or in person if reasonably possible.[[/li]]
